The education tracks that will be offered at this year's Educational Conference will include: Voices in EH This track highlights personal and professional experiences in environmental health, with a focus on elevating underrepresented voices and sharing the skills that shape our field’s future. General EH Covering a broad range of environmental health topics, this track includes cross-disciplinary sessions that span emerging issues, field innovations, and community health initiatives. Air/Waste Dive into topics related to air quality, solid and hazardous waste, and environmental contaminants, with a focus on health impacts, compliance strategies, and emerging concerns. Food This track explores current trends, challenges, and innovations in retail food safety, mobile units, special events, and regulatory practices impacting the food industry. Water/Wastewater Centered on drinking water, wastewater, and onsite wastewater systems, this track addresses water quality, infrastructure, policy, and health protections across diverse settings. Cannabis, Hemp, and Psychedelics This track examines the regulatory, legal, and operational complexities shaping cannabis, hemp, and psychedelics, paired with field tested inspection stories that show how these challenges are faced in practice. All track topic offerings and schedule items are tentative and subject to change. |
