2025 AEC Call for Exhibitors and Sponsors

It is a pleasure to invite you to Annual Education Conference. The conference is organized by the Colorado Environmental Health Association and will take place in Breckenridge from September 30th through October 3rd.

We offer many opportunities for you to exhibit and sponsor at this conference. Please review the relevant information below to find pricing, and submit your request using the information at the bottom of this page.

The deadline to submit August 25, 2025.

Prices for exhibitors increase $50 on July 1st. Invoices must be paid by that date in order to avoid the fee increase.
