CEHA is excited to announce a Mega Conference in Denver Metro with the Western Assoc. of Food and Drug Officials (WAFDO) and Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference (RMFSC). This is CEHA's 70th AEC and what better way to celebrate such a big milestone than by having our friends and colleagues come together for an AEC Mega Conference. This AEC will be 4 days of training, education, and networking with environmental health professionals from across Colorado and the Western United States.

Join us for our Banquet on Wednesday, Sept 23rd for our 70's/Disco themed night. Time to bust out your bell bottoms, tie-dye, and jumpsuits for a chance to win our costume contest!

The 2026 AEC will be held in Denver Metro at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel from Monday Sept. 21st through Thursday Sept. 24th, 2026.
