Tuesday Pre-conference Only
SELECT THIS OPTION ONLY IF YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING THE AEC. This pre-conference will be conducted by TBD and will be held on Tuesday, 9/30/2025 TBD. If you wish to attend the rest of the conference, do not select this option. This option only exists for those that want to attend this preconference and no other parts of the CEHA AEC. You will have an option to purchase this ticket if you proceed through normal conference registration.

The 2025 AEC will take place September 30th - October 3rd at the Village at Breckenridge at address 535 South Park Avenue, Breckenridge, CO 80424. Information for the hotel can be found on the AEC Hotel Info page.

Schedule

The schedule is available on our website here. We encourage you to download the Sched app to view the conference schedule throughout the event and reduce the need for paper schedules.

Registration

Dress

There is no dress code for this conference, but most people wear business casual to everything except the banquet.

Menu

You registration includes multiple meals throughout the duration of the conference. Check out the selection here to see what's on the menu. All meals will include options for dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, pescatarian, etc.)

Photos

Photos are taken throughout the duration of the conference. By registering, you are agreeing to have your picture taken and used for CEHA social media.
