Tuesday Pre-conference Only- Certified Food Protection Manager Course/Exam – $205.00
Hosted by Mario Seminara, this preconference includes a full CFPM course and proctored exam. Class will be held on Tuesday 9/10/2024 from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Course is taught in English with course materials available in many languages. If you wish to attend the rest of the conference, do not select this option. This option only exists for those that want to attend this preconference and no other parts of the CEHA AEC.
Tuesday Pre-conference Only- School Inspection Road Show – $20.00
SELECT THIS OPTION ONLY IF YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING THE AEC. This pre-conference will be conducted by CDPHE and will be held on Tuesday, 9/10/2024 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM. If you wish to attend the rest of the conference, do not select this option. This option only exists for those that want to attend this preconference and no other parts of the CEHA AEC. You will have an option to purchase this ticket if you proceed through normal conference registration.

Location and Hotel

The conference will be located at the Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs at 9494 Federal Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO. The room block is now closed. Information for the hotel can be found on the AEC Hotel Info page. The hotel offers free parking for all attendees.

Schedule

The schedule is available on our website here. We encourage you to download the Sched app to view the conference schedule throughout the event and reduce the need for paper schedules.

Preconference

The School Inspection Roadshow will occur Tuesday 9/10 from 9:00am - 4:00pm in the Fallen Timbers A conference room. Check in at registration and we will guide you to the room.

Registration

The registration desk will be located in the pre-function space. Enter the hotel and go down the main stairs (located next to the check-in desk) to find us.

Dress

There is no dress code for this conference, but most people wear business casual to everything except the banquet.

Menu

You registration includes multiple meals throughout the duration of the conference. Check out the selection here to see what's on the menu. All meals will include options for dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, pescatarian, etc.) You will be responsible for providing some meals for yourself. There are many restaurants located inside the facility and even more within a 5 minute drive of the hotel.

Bar

There will be a bar for the Wednesday Exhibitor's Reception and the Thursday night banquet. These bars only accept credit cards. Bringing in outside alcohol is prohibited, and could result in additional fees for CEHA.

Student/EH Professional Networking

There will be a student networking activity on Wednesday 9/11 after the exhibitor reception. The group will meet in the pre-function space at 7pm and walk to a nearby brewery. All are welcome to join!

Photos are taken throughout the duration of the conference. By registering, you are agreeing to have your picture taken and used for CEHA social media.
