CEHA is excited to have our first ever joint conference with WAFDO and RMFSC! This year has several notable anniversaries and what better forum to celebrate decades of collaboration. Join us for our first-ever Mega AEC!

Location and Hotel

The 2026 Mega AEC will be held at the Denver Sheraton West Hotel at 360 Union Blvd. Lakewood, CO 80228. Visit the AEC Hotel Info page for hotel room block information and reservations.

Theme

This is our first ever Mega-AEC that involves three organizations with a shared vison for the betterment of environmental health. This is why our theme for our Mega AEC is: Better Together.

Our banquet theme will be Keep on Groovin' (70s/Disco) with a costume contest! Bell bottoms, maxi dresses, and platform shoes, Oh My! Let's get funky!

Preconference

The preconference will occur on Monday, 9/21/26 in the afternoon.

Dress

There is no dress code for this conference, but most people wear business casual to everything except the banquet (we encourage dressing to the theme here - feel free to get funky!).

Menu

You registration includes multiple meals and select snack breaks throughout the duration of the conference. Check out the selection here to see what's on the menu. All meals will include options for dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.)

Photos

Photos are taken throughout the duration of the conference. By registering, you are agreeing to have your picture taken and used for CEHA social media.
